Progress Updates: You'll receive an initial email detailing your business's starting point, allowing you to track the progress we achieve together. Monthly Updates: Expect regular updates from us. You'll receive a comprehensive report on the first week of every month, highlighting the latest developments.   • What are the contract options available for the programs?
    Duration of Programs: Our programs are structured with a commitment of 6 months. Alternatively, there's an option to prepay for an entire 12 months. Post-Contract Flexibility: After the initial contract period, we offer the convenience of a month-to-month continuation, allowing for greater flexibility.
  • What is the process to cancel my service?
    If you decide to cancel your service, please be aware that we require a 30-day written notice before your billing due date. To initiate the cancellation, send an email to with the subject line "Cancel - [Your Company Name] and [Your Website]"
  • What if I forget to cancel my program after the initial 6 months?
    Should you not cancel your program after the initial 6-month period, it will automatically transition to a month-to-month basis. To cancel at this stage, we require a 30-day written notice sent to with the subject line "Cancel - [Your Company Name] and [Your Website]". Please be aware that we do not offer refunds at any time.
  • Is it possible to temporarily pause my program?
    During the initial contract period of six months, pausing your program is not an option. However, once this period is complete, you have the flexibility to freeze your program. To do so, simply send us an email at with the subject line "Freeze - [Your Company Name] and [Your Website]"
  • What if I prefer not to have my credit card on file?
    For those who prefer not to store their credit card information, we provide a convenient prepaid option. Simply select the 'Annually' payment option when enrolling. As a bonus, choosing this method entitles you to a 10% discount on your plan.

    If you own more than one company, each business will require its individual enrollment in our Reputation Management program.
